IVI Consults on Rego Park II, New York

Rego Center Park

Rego Park II is a 3-story, 4-building, 1,305,885 SFG retail center and 1,356 space garage located adjacent to the original Rego Park Center in Queens, New York.

The Developer is Vornado Realty Trust with Ehrenkrantz Eckstut & Kuhn Architects as the design architect and Bovis Lend Lease LMB providing construction management services. Construction began in May 2007 and the grand opening occurred in March 2010. Major tenants include Century 21, Kohl’s, TJ Maxx, and Costco.

IVI provided project management oversight services, which consisted of construction cost control, review of contract drawings and specifications; and the review of construction and building loan documents, schedules, permits, and approvals. During the construction, IVI provided payment requisition disbursement control services and confirmed general compliance of construction with the project documents.
