IVI Consults on the Development of Tower 111
Tower 111, a 48-story, 337-unit, 404,000 SFG apartment building, will contain retail, office, and rental apartments and is located on the southeast corner of the Avenue of the Americas and 32nd Street, overlooking Greeley and Herald Squares.
The project is being developed by Atlantic Realty
Development Corp. with Costas Kondylis & Partners LLP as the architect and Bovis Lend Lease as the construction manager. Work began December 2007 and is expected to be completed in June 2011.
IVI is providing project management oversight services, which consist of construction cost control; review of contract drawings and specifications; and the review of construction and building loan documents, schedules, permits, and approvals. During the construction, IVI is providing payment requisition disbursement control services and confirmed general compliance of construction with the project documents.
